Pale yellow-green and gray hues, clean, bright and clear.
Good aromatic intensity, free-nose, flawless, very fruity aroma, citrus and apple. In the mouth, balanced and fresh with persistence and expressive aftertaste.
Paired with fish, pate, soups and creams.
