TYPE: Tinto Joven 3 meses en barrica
VARIETY: Tempranillo
GRADE: 13,5%
Vinification:
Fermentation at controlled temperatures preserves the primary aromas and flavours, perfectly blended with secondary notes. The final racking and care allow us to obtain top quality, stable and classified wines. Once made, it spends 3 months in the barrel.
Tasting Notes:
Surprisingly fruity aroma, purple colour with hints of cherry, light and delicate initial taste. Good balance of tannin, broad and long.
Recommendations:
Appropriate for all dishes owing to its lightness and harmony; and especially with meat, rice, paté, etc. Recommended temperature 14-16º C.
